The Car & Its History
This Ford Cortina L Big Six is a one family owned car from new and has never been restored or repainted.
The model is uniqe to South Africa with a 2.5 litre V6 Essex engine.
Based on the Mk3 Cortina, introduced in 1973 and produced up to 1976.
Also the baby blue colour is unique to the continent too, not appearing elsewhere.
It’s covered less than 50,000 miles too.
Exterior
As it has never been restored or repaineted there is a reasonable amount of patina and wear on the paintwork. It is original except for the wheels, but a period set of Rostyles has been sourced and will be fitted prior to sale.
