Toyota Gazoo Create Heritage Parts For The Supra Classic Sports Car
Toyota Gazoo Racing’s GR heritage Part Project has made more parts available to help owners of classic Toyota Supra keep them running.
The intention of the project is to grow the range and demonstrate the breadth of the organisation’s work to celebrate company heritage from sports road cars to rallying and racing.
Following on from supporting the new GR 86 and GR Yaris there will be a third model. The world dynamic debut in the UK will be at the Goodwood Festival of Speed (8 – 11 July), which means it will be driven.
The heritage project was launched in early 2020 and works with selected suppliers to craft replacement parts no longer made. These are then made available as genuine Toyota parts through the national dealer networks in Europe, North America and Japan.
The latest releases include mechanical parts, such as clutch components, and bodywork and trim elements, including badges, for the Supra A70 (1986-1993) and A80 (1993-2002).
These are intended to be offered from July 2021, the details will be made available on the Toyota Gazoo Racing website: Toyota Gazoo Racing
Production volumes will be limited, so parts will only be available as long as stocks last.
