The Practical Classics Restoration Show is on. With a reschedueled date for the weekend of 7, 8 & 9th August 2020. Good news has been a little thin on the ground recently but this is a positive sign.

Known as the best spring show in the UK calendar, this time it’s going to be the summer. August is a peak holiday time in the UK with schools out. Many people are normally jetting off for foreign adventures. But, if things are different then this show should prove a big hit. Not only are there some fantastic cars on display, but there are live restorations happening. The main stage featuring many TV celebrities thanks to the Discovery channel. Wheeler Dealers Mike Brewer is usually in attendance.

Importantly the Practical Classics team are there and very accessible. Nice bunch of guys there are too.

If you need reminding of a reason to go the ‘Barn Finds’ section always features some intersting and rare cars. This Mustang from last year really was great. Sadly for me it was in better condition than some of my own cars.
