Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show Online Edition, November 14 2020

Due to the live version of the Lancaster Classic Motor Show being cancelled, there is now an online event that you can attend from your own home. Details of how to join are at the bottom of the article.

All the key elements of the show are present, with Silverstone auctions having their sale. The pride of ownership, the restoration workshop and the Practical Classics teams project cars are also doing their bit.

The auction is taking place online, with all viewing virtual. But the standard of cars they have at this auction each year is extremely high. So, I’d have no concerns about buying one.

9am – Welcome to the show with host Mike Brewer live at the NEC.

9.30am – Silverstone Auction, Mike gives a preview of the cars on sale and the big sellers from Friday.

10.30am – Lancaster Insurance Pride of Ownership competition. You can vote on your favourite.

11.15am – Car Clubs Showcase. Your chance to see what the clubs would have brought.

11.45am – Classic American Car of the Year. The magazine reflects on their favourite show cars over the years.

12pm – FBHVC. The Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs shares its virtual village and the work they and their partners are doing.

12.30pm – Practical Classics Project Car. The charity project cars update, including the VW Camper and the Reliant Rebel.
